Where the Blues Meet the Beat

R&B and EDM, built from the inside out. Sienna Taylor and Mark Evans make music about the things that stay with you: distance, loss, the quiet that follows connection.

Two People. One Sound. Nothing Wasted.

Blues N Shadow is Sienna Taylor and Mark Evans, two London-based musicians who found something in the space between R&B soul and electronic production that neither genre was doing on its own.

Sienna builds the atmosphere. Her keyboard work creates the kind of soundscape that feels like a city at 3am, textured, alive, and slightly melancholy in the best way. Mark fills it. His voice and saxophone carry the emotional weight of every track, the kind of performance that makes a lyric feel lived-in rather than written.

Together they make music that doesn’t rush to resolve. It sits with the feeling. It earns the chorus.

The Music

Three Singles. Three Honest Conversations.

Shadows of Dawn (August 8, 2025)

The one that started it. A city walking itself into dawn, and one person watching the world transform from dark to light while the rest of the world sleeps through it. To the Release Page.

Long Way From Home (October 3, 2025)

An anthem built for the ache of distance. Not dramatic. Just honest about how heavy it gets, and how you carry it anyway. To the Release Page.

Lost Connection (January 16, 2026)

The quietest of the three, and maybe the most unsettling. About the kind of loss that doesn’t arrive with a door slam. It just stops, slowly, until one day the silence is all that’s left. To the Release Page.

What We Make

R&B With Edges

Blues N Shadow don’t smooth everything out. The soul is there, but so is the tension. The production breathes, but it also hums with something unresolved. That’s intentional.
They make music for the moments that don’t have easy answers, the long journey home, the faded connection, the dawn that arrives before you’re ready for it.
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
